January 2026
19 January – National Popcorn Day. Who doesn’t love Popcorn? Why not make a Popcorn themed drink special, using Monin Popcorn Syrup, or set up Popcorn Machine for the day to offer your customers an extra treat?
20 January – National Cheese Lovers Day. Include a cheesy special on your menu for January, we love Nachos topped with Ricos Nacho Cheese Sauce.
30 January – National Croissant Day. Croissant day calls for a Croffle, the combination of croissant and waffle. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet treat to go with a coffee. Shop the Sephra Croffle Maker here.
February 2026
3 February – National Carrot Cake Day. Not that you need an excuse to eat Carrot Cake, but if you did – this is one. Add Carrot Cake to your cake display in February to give your customers a delicious treat.
5 February – World Nutella Day. Perfect for cafés and dessert shops – Think everything Nutella – milkshakes, Waffles, Doughnuts, Pancake stacks. You could even run a competition for your customers to win a 3kg tub of Nutella, because who doesn’t like Nutella?!
14 February – Valentine’s Day. Your time to offer Chocolate, strawberries, champagne desserts – everything romantic. Why not offer a valentines or galentines special of all thinks Pink?
17 February – Pancake Day (Shrove Tuesday). A must for creperies and cafés. Sweet or savoury Pancakes, you decide.
March 2026
6 March – Oreo Day. Offer Oreo-inspired sundaes, Brownies, Milkshakes, and cheesecakes as specials for the month.
7 March – World Cocktail Day. Cocktails are great any month, but maximise sales on World Cocktail Day with a great offer, or limited edition specials. Monin Syrups allow you to experiment with a huge range of flavours.

17 March – St Patrick’s Day. Green-themed bakes, Guinness chocolate cake, and Irish cream treats. We love to colour our Sephra Chocolate Fountains to go alongside key foodie dates, and this is no exception! A Green Chocolate Fountain screams St Patricks Day.

April 2026
1st April – April Fools Day. The ideal day to have some fun with your customers and encourage engagement on socials! Think of a funny, far fetched food special that definitely won’t be happening, and see how many of your customers believe it!
5 April – Easter Sunday. The time for Spring and Easter themed treats such as Chocolate eggs, hot cross buns, themed cupcakes, and bakes.
21 April – National Tea Day – Celebrate the nation’s favourite drink with scones, biscuits, and afternoon teas.

21 Jun – Father’s Day (UK). A day for the dads! Offer specials to encourage customers to treat dad to a sweet treat or lovely dinner.

6 July – National Fried Chicken Day. A.K.A the best day ever. Fried Chicken, Syrup and Waffles is one of our favourite sweet and savory combinations.
7 July – World Chocolate Day. Shop Sephra Belgian Chocolate at CFW – the best Chocolate for serving up all of your World Chocolate Day specials.
19 Jul – National Ice Cream Day. Get customers in with a deal like buy one get one free, or a discount to celebrate the day. At CFW, we stock Ice Cream Machines, as well as a Luxury Ice Cream Mix. We will definitely be celebrating by setting one up!
30 Jul – World Cheesecake Day. A classic, everybody likes cheesecake. Make it your dessert special of the month, and you could even get creative with flavours.
August 2026
17 August – National Cupcake Day. Bake a selection of different flavored cupcakes and run a deal for the week to encourage sales. For example, why not sell boxes of 6 at a discounted rate?
27 August – International Burger Day. In amongst all the sweet treats, we need some savory. The perfect day for restaurants switching up their specials menu. Why not create a speciality burger, named after your business, and sell it throughout August.
September 2026
2 September – World Coconut Day. A chance to experiment with a new flavour, try out coconut cakes, lattes and more. Shop Squeezita Coconut and Monin Coconut at CFW, which would be perfect for this!
16 September – National Guacamole Day. What goes better with Guacamole than Nachos? Shop our range of Nacho products available at CFW.
October 2026
1 October – World Coffee Day. Perfect for new blends, frappes, and coffee desserts. Or, keep it simple and offer a small discount to your customers.
4 October – National Cinnamon Roll Day. As we come into Autumn, October is the perfect time for a Cinnamon Bun. Experiment with new flavours, like a Lotus Biscoff Cinnamon Roll – yum!
31 October – Halloween . All the spooky bakes, Pumpkin Spice, and Halloween themed desserts. A great time to introduce new flavours for the end of the year, such as Maple Spice, Hazelnut or Salted Caramel.
November 2026
1 November – World Vegan Day. Showcase your Vegan-friendly range. As mentioned before, we have a range of Vegan Products available at CFW.
5 November – Bonfire Night. Cold nights call for warm drinks. Introduce a luxury Hot Chocolate to the menu in time for Bonfire night to bring customers in on the day. Use our Sephra Belgian Drinking Chocolate, and top with some toasted Marshmallows and Callebaut Chocolate Pencils for an impressive Hot Chocolate.
December 2026
4 December – National Cookie Day. Cookies are made even better with our Sephra Luxury Cookie Mix – simply add water, margarine and your chosen inclusion, and you’re good to bake! We love it served as Cookie Dough.
8 December – National Brownie Day. Experiment with new festive flavours in Brownies and offer a promotion on the day.
