A Sweet Surprise for Mother’s Day: Homemade Chocolate Bark

Chocolate Bark made with Sephra Belgian White Chocolate, Pink Oil-Based Chocolate Colouring, Mini Marshmallows and Evolved Freeze Dried Raspberries.

As Mother’s Day approaches, many of us search for that perfect gift to express our love and appreciation. While flowers and cards are always thoughtful, why not surprise her this year with something homemade and delicious? Chocolate bark is tasty, easy to make and guaranteed to impress. And when it comes to quality chocolate, Sephra Belgian Chocolate takes this sweet treat to a whole new level.

I prepared two different flavours because chocolate this good never lasts long! For the first bark (pictured above), I used Sephra Belgian White Chocolate. I divided the chocolate in half and coloured one half with Pink Oil-Based Chocolate Colouring. Then, I swirled the two chocolates together using a Skewer to achieve a marbled effect. I topped it with Evolved Freeze Dried Raspberries and Mini Marshmallows for a delightful crunchy and chewy blend. As for the other bark, I again used Sephra Belgian White Chocolate. This time, I incorporated Mini Marshmallows and caramel popcorn, resulting in a delicious combination.

To start, gather your ingredients. You’ll need Sephra Belgian Chocolate, which boasts a rich and luxurious flavour that’s perfect for chocolate bark. Choose from Dark, Milk, or White Chocolate, depending on Mum’s preference. You’ll also want to gather an assortment of toppings to add texture and flavour to your bark.
